The processing is carried out in accordance with the law, the rules of honesty, and within the limits specified in the law, and is always relevant, limited, and proportionate to these purposes.
- Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, primarily with the following legally authorized public institutions and organizations, including but not limited to: employees and managers of the Company's Human Resources Department, company unit officials, İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency), SGK (Social Security Institution), judicial and administrative courts, law enforcement agencies, etc.; workplace physicians and occupational health and safety specialists; private employment agencies contracted by the Company; Ministry-approved training institutions for the purpose of obtaining professional training and certificates directly related to the performance of the employment contract; human resources consulting firms contracted by the Company for the purpose of conducting personality and competency inventories and administering various exams; relevant organizations for the purpose of issuing participant certificates in internal and external training organizations; contracted institutions conducting studies and analyses on incentives; BES (Private Pension System), etc. For the purpose of fulfilling obligations, data may be transferred abroad to the relevant financial institution; to the bank with which the Company works for the purpose of making payments related to salaries and other fringe benefits; to suppliers from whom the Company receives services directly related to the employment contract; to institutions and organizations with which the Company has a business relationship for the purpose of running human resources management and information systems such as payroll and establishment; only when necessary, to the lawyer(s) authorized by the Company; with your explicit consent, for photography and video recording by the video shooting and production teams contracted by the Company within the scope of events, seminars, training, etc., and to the Company's official social media accounts, email groups, social module and electronic training platform; with your explicit consent, data may be transferred abroad to the company contracted by the Company for the purpose of conducting performance measurement and management processes; data may be transferred abroad to the company contracted by the Company for the purpose of conducting various training activities; and data may be transferred abroad to the company contracted by the Company for the purpose of conducting internal communication and various internal publications, and to the company contracted by the company providing the infrastructure for some surveys and human resources activities, as the servers of these companies are located abroad.
Group photographs taken at the Company's events and organizations may be published on the Company's website for corporate news purposes. Employees who do not wish to have their photos published on the website should not participate in these photo shoots.
